LDI in Spanish for Iglesia de San Juan Held on December 11, 2013

Maricela Aguilar LDI CoachThe Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) was conducted by coach Maricela Aguilar in Spanish for the first time in the diocese on December 11 2013. This training has been conducted in English since 2008, so we are very excited to host this first training in another language, and specifically the beginnings of making LDI accessible to the growing number of Spanish speakers in the diocese. ISJ members learned about the public narrative technique of leadership for engaging others. A bilingual LDI team of CC and ISJ is planned to start in January. LDI is about helping congregations develop their capacity to lead in times of uncertainty.LDI Spanish Training Dec 11 2013
